<br />E-lO Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7349,
<br />apportionment of assessments on division of property numbers
<br />57228, 57318, 57323, 57326, and 57329 as requested by the
<br />Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that an additional $3,000 for
<br />the preparation of a detailed tax increment plan by Howard
<br />Dahlgren Associates be authorized, and such total expen-
<br />ditures shall not exceed $15,000. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7350, calling
<br />for a public hearing on May 24, 1982, on a proposal from
<br />Hoffman Electric Company for a commercial facilities develop-
<br />ment project pursuant to the Minnesota Municipal Industrial
<br />Development Act, and authorizing the publication of a notice
<br />of said hearing, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-ll Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Aladdin's Castle, Inc"
<br />application for a game room license at 1752 North Lexington,
<br />and licenses for 60 amusement devices at that location, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
