<br />approving the plans for Project 82-5, Aglen Street, and order-
<br />ing the advertisement of bids for May 27, 1982, be adopted.

<br />accepting the Erwin Montgomery bid of $40,024.25 for
<br />segments 1, 3, and 4 of the 1982 Improvements, Contract
<br />"A", and ordering the improvement, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />ordering receipt of bids for Project SS-81-18, 3056 Raymond

<br />the 1982 Air Warning Siren Improvement Project contract
<br />be approved, and that the Manager and Civil Defense
<br />Coordinator be authorized to sign the Change Order.
