<br />for an Opticom System at the intersection of Fairview Avenue and
<br />the west entrance of Rosedale Center, identified as City Project
<br />M-82-ll, be approved and that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to sign such an agreement with the county. Roll Call,
