CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the City Council - September 13, 1982. The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Members absent: None. A-I Curley ~roved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the August 23, 1982 Regular Meeting be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None. Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Council join with the Mayor in proclaiming the week of September 17-23, 1982 as "Constitution Week" in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None. B-1 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Pontillo's Pizzeria applica- tion for on-sale wine license at 1905 West Perimeter Drive be approved with the condition the applicant supply evidence of liquor liability insurance as required by ordinance. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None. B-2 Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Pet Connection, Inc.'s request for special use permit at 1740 Lexington Avenue be approved with the following conditions: 1) The property owner would provide a 16.5' utility easement from Dionne to Roma, which could be used for all utility needs, but could also continue to be used as parking area for the center. 2) That no further dedications or easements would be required on the east side of Lexington Avenue between Dionne and Roma for future special use permits. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None. B-3 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that School District 623's request for special use permit at 1910 County Road B be approved with the condition that the parking lot be con- structed as shown on plan dated July 1, 1982.
