<br />1983 Annual Budget and 1983-1987 Capital Improvement Program
<br />at the September 27, 1982 Regular Council meeting.

<br />C-l Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, to establish a public hearing
<br />at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 6, 1982, before the
<br />Planning Commission to consider a proposed amendment to the
<br />Comprehensive Plan by changing the area north of County Road
<br />B-2 and east of Fairview from residential to business use.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, to establish a public hearing
<br />at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 13, 1982, before the City
<br />Council to consider amending the Comprehensive Plan by changing
<br />the area north of County Road B-2 and east of Fairview from
<br />residential to business use. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />meeting at 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 1982 (for affected
<br />citizens), to review the proposed Redevelopment and Tax
<br />Increment Plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7428, proposal
<br />to form a development district, tax increment financing
<br />districts within the development district and adopt develop-
<br />ment program and tax increment financing plan and calling
<br />for consultation with other affected jurisdictions and public
<br />hearing, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />for variance to parking requirements, floor area ratio, and
<br />prohibition of efficiency apartments at 1222 through 1238
<br />Rose Vista Court, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
