A-I A-2 B-1 CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the City Council - October 11, 1982. 7:30 p.m. The City Council TIet on the above date with the following meTIbers present: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Absent: None. Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of September 27, 1982, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. MINUTES Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of October 4, 1982, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. Abstain: Johnson and Franke, because they were absent. !,HNUTES Curley ~1oved, Kehr Seconded, that Donald Regan's CSt. Paul and Suburban Bus Company) request for snecial use perni t for the storage and maintenance of buses at 1743 County Road C be approved with the conditions as follows: REGAN 1) That all improvements outlined in the application are accomplished in accordance with the statements and site plan dated September 8, 1982. 2) That new concrete curh and gutter be installed in accordance with ordinance requirements, where parking areas are expanded. 3) That parking areas be set back from the nublic right-of- way in accordance with current ordinance requirements. 4) That the final landscaping plan be approved by the City Planner. 5) That final drainage plan be subject to approval of Rice Creek l'latershed Board and the Roseville City staff. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded to permit occl~ancy of the site at 1743 County Road C before drainage i~rovements, as may be required by the Rice Creek Watershed Board and the City of Roseville, are completed, but such required drainage improvements to be completed within one year of final drainage plan approvals. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
