<br />Bus Company's request to withdraw their application for
<br />special use permit and variance at 2975 Partridge Road,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Donald Roberts' request to
<br />amend the zoning ordinance by adding health clubs, physical
<br />culture, and health services as a special use in the I-I
<br />Clight industrial) zoning district, be approved. Roll Call,

<br />E-l Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Votel Realty's request for
<br />variance to setback for building, parkinr. lot and sign, and
<br />variance to number of parking spaces at 1916 Rice, be approved
<br />with the following conditions:

<br />1) That a catch basin be installed, connecting to the storm
<br />sewer as required by the Public Works Director.

<br />2) That all parking areas be constructed with the required curb.
