<br />E-7 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Edward McCarty's request for MCCARTY
<br />variance to shoreline zoning ordinance at 1894 Countv Road C-2
<br />be referred to the December 1, 1982 Planning Commission meeting.

<br />E-8 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that approval be recommended to the RHODE
<br />DNR of Peter Rhode's proposed excavation in Lake Owasso at 3161
<br />Sandy Hook Drive with the condition that the excavated material
<br />shall remain on the property no longer than 30 days. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Relief Association Restated Bylaws, Sections 44A, 44B, and 64
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos.

<br />E-IO Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the right-of-way plan for
<br />West County Road D, between Silver Lake Road and I-35W, be
<br />approved, and that the Mayor be authorized to sign such right-
<br />of-way plan, subject to revisions which would better incorporate
<br />the City's needs for a pathway at certain locations. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />the adequacy of a petition and ordering the preparation of a
<br />feasibility report for Oxford Street, identified as Project

<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />feasibility report for Skillman and Pascal, identified as
<br />Project P-ST-82-28, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
