<br />E-12 Kehr ~1oved, Franke Seconded, that the Manaqer and the Public
<br />Works Director be authorized to sian Chanqe Order No. 1 for
<br />the 1982 Improvements, Contract B, in the amount of $28,513.50,
<br />bringing the total contract to $518,889.10. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-13 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign earnest money contracts to acquire Easement
<br />No. 80-4-9 for the amount of $300.00, and Easement No. 80-4-9a
<br />for the amount of $300.00. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
