<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Franke, Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Absent: None.

<br />A-I Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting of January 10, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. Abstain: Curley and
<br />Kehr, because they were absent.

<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Roberts Construction, Inc.
<br />request for rezoning from I-I to B-3 at 2465 Fairview be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1) That all parking lots adjacent to Fairview Avenue be set
<br /> back 15 ' from the existing property line.
<br />2) That the entire northerly parking lot be constructed with
<br /> curb and gutter.
<br />
<br />3) That the southerly parking lot be constructed with curb and
<br />gutter in that portion easterly of the front of the structure.
<br />
<br />4) That 6.5' of additional right-of-way be dedicated adj acent
<br />to Fairview Avenue, if required by Ramsey County.
<br />

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Ordinance No. 918, rezoning
<br />the property at 2465 Fairview Avenue from I-I to B-3, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Roberts
<br />request to withdraw their application for
<br />ordinance at 2465 Fairview, be approved.
