<br />minor variance to side yard setback at 559 Heinel Drive be

<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, approving the issuance of a
<br />building permit for David Ziniel garage addition at 559 Heinel
<br />Drive under the Shoreline Zoning Ordinance. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-2 Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, to receive the Traffic Impact
<br />Analysis of Western TIF District, dated January, 1983, and as
<br />prepared by Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7462, instructing
<br />the City Manager to submit an application for Community
<br />Development Block Grant funds to assist a development project
<br />in the area immediately north of the Rosedale Shopping Center,
<br />and stating that the City of Roseville will be favorable toward
<br />the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds for the project, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to sign a general engineering agreement with the
<br />consulting firm of Short, Elliott, Hendrickson and Associates.
