<br />E-5 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7463, authorizing
<br />the Mayor and Manager to execute Grant Agreement No. 62-3290-02,
<br />together with Supplemental Agreement No.1, with the State of
<br />Minnesota for construction of a pathway along Lexington Avenue,
<br />identified as Roseville Improvement No. M-80-4, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-6 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the City Attorney be instructed
<br />to prepare an amendment to Section 82.140 of the City Code on
<br />newspaper vending machines and Section 82.130 of the City Code
<br />on benches in the right-of-way. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-7 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, to request Ramsey County not only
<br />to include those projects already listed in their proposed 5-year
<br />improvement program, but adding Cleveland Avenue from Larpenteur
<br />to I-35W in ]983, adding the turn lanes at County Road B and
<br />Hamline as part of the 1985 Hamline project, adding Hamline
<br />Avenue from County Road B-2 to County Road C in 1987, and delaying
<br />the Roselawn project from 1985 to 1986. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />the feasibility report for Project P-82-2l, Farrington Street
<br />from Iona Lane to County Road C, and calling for a public hearing
<br />on the project for March 14, 1983, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />the feasibility report for Project P-82-22, Farrington Street
<br />from Iona Lane to County Road C-2, and Iona Lane from Farrington
<br />to Virginia Streets, and calling for a public hearing on the
<br />project for March 14, 1983, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
