Absent: <br /> <br />A-I <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of January 24, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Thomas willwJs' request for <br />special use permit and division of lot at 2807 Hamline be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That 10' of additional right-of-way be dedicated for Hamline <br /> <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />2. That sidewalk be constructed adj acent to Centennial Drive and <br />Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />3. That the development be constructed in accordance with site <br />plans as per sheets 1, 2, and 5, dated January 5, 1983, and as <br />per landscape plan dated January 3, 1983. <br /> <br />4. That the lot division be in accordance with plat of survey <br />dated January 6, 1983. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Leonard Vanasse's request <br />for special use permit at 1711 County Road B be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That a review of the parking needs of the college be conducted <br />in March, 1986, or earlier if necessary, to determine if ad- <br />equate parking is provided. <br /> <br />2.
