<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Ordinance No. 919 amending
<br />Section 8.260 of the City Code by adding mail order sales and
<br />limited production as a special use in the B-1 zoning district,
<br />and amending Chapter 5 of the Zoning Code by adding the following
<br />definition:

<br />Mail Order Sales and Limited Productiono Receiving of mail
<br />orders from consumers, processing of such orders, including
<br />therewith, the manufacture, assembly, storage, and shipping
<br />of products from the site, direct to consumers only; such
<br />shipping not to exceed a total of one ton of product per day
<br />per 10,000 square feet of ground floor area.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a Council Work Session be
<br />established for Tuesday, April 5,1983, at 4:00 p.m., for the
<br />purpose of interviewing the twelve applicants for the Planning
<br />Commission, and that no further applications will be accepted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that a Council Work Session be
<br />established for Tuesday, March 29, 1983, at 7:00 p.m., for
<br />the purpose of meeting with the Rice Creek Watershed Board, and
<br />any other matters deemed appropriate by the City Council.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the City Council recommend
<br />to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources that a speed
<br />limit of 40 miles per hour be established for all watercraft
<br />on Lake Owasso. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Carl Evers' request for
<br />division of lot at 2170 St. Stephens be approved with the
<br />following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That 10' of additional right-of-way be dedicated on County
<br />Road B.
<br />
<br />2. That the southerly lot shall have 72' of frontage; and the
<br />northerly lot, 76' of frontage on St. Stephens.
<br />
