<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7478, receiving the
<br />feasibility study for project P-82-32, Matilda Street, and calling
<br />for a public hearing on the improvement for March 14, 1983, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-lO Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7480, declaring the
<br />adequacy of a petition for reconstruction of sanitary and storm
<br />sewer facilities at the southeast corner of County Road B and Dale
<br />Street, identified as Project SS-ST-83-4, and ordering the Public
<br />Works Director to prepare a feasibility study on this project, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-ll Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the applications listed below
<br />be referred to the March 2, 1983 Planning Commission meeting,
<br />and also establishing a Council Public Hearing for the meeting
<br />of March 14, 1983.

<br />1) Mueller-Bies request for special use permit at 2130 Dale.
<br />
<br />2) Deluxe Check Printers, Inc. request for special use permit
<br />at 2199 Pascal.
<br />
