<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the final report of the Roseville
<br />Ad Hoc Nonmotorized Pathway Committee, dated January 28, 1983, be

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Donahue and Associates, con-
<br />sultant, report for the Lake OWasso-Grass Lake Watershed area
<br />be accepted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr,

<br />Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution 7473, opposing the
<br />Cable Telecommunications Act of 1983, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7474, requesting the
<br />Roseville Legislative Delegation to introduce and support a special
<br />bill which would remove the Police Chief and Deputy Chief from the
<br />Roseville Police Civil Service System, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7475, requesting
<br />the Minnesota Legislature to adopt legislation enabling the
<br />continuation of the present regional structure of the Department
<br />of Natural Resources, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7476, regarding the
<br />City of Roseville's position on watershed boundaries for that area
<br />of Ramsey County not already in an existing watershed organization,
<br />and authorizing the staff to submit a map to the Department of
<br />Natural Resources to be used in preparing the official DNR watershed
<br />boundary map for the metropolitan area, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Director of Public Works
<br />be designated as the Roseville representative to work with other
<br />communities in forming joint powers agreements for the establish-
<br />ment of new water management organizations involving the City of
<br />Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7477, accepting the
<br />amended substate agreement for the Lake McCarrons Project, Federal
<br />Grant No. S-005508, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke,
