<br />Meeting of March 14, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that a Special Council Meeting
<br />be established for 3:45 p.m., Tuesday, April 5,1983, for
<br />purposes of setting a hearing date for an Industrial Revenue
<br />Bond application. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, and Demos.

<br />ing Improvement Proj ect 83- 3 (street, curb and gutter), and
<br />establishing a hearing for 7:30 p.m., Monday, April 11, 1983,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson and Kehr. Nays: Demos.

<br />withdraw their application for variances to setback at 2130
<br />Dale, and continuing their application for special use permit

<br />plans and ordering the advertisement of bids for May 3, 1983,
<br />for Consolidated Projects P-82-25, P-82-27, P-82-29, and P-82-30,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />plans and ordering the advertisement of bids for t.1ay 3, 1983,
