<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7497 approving
<br />plans and ordering the advertisement of bids for May 3, 1983
<br />for Project P-82-23, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Hoved, Kehr Seconded, that Resol uti on 7498 prohibiting
<br />parking on the north side of County Road C-2, from Rice to
<br />Western, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Buetow & Associ ates,
<br />Incorporated be retained to develop at least three preliminary
<br />design sketches and a ball park proj ect cost estimate for each
<br />design for the proposed band shell in Central Park at a rate of
<br />$35.00jhr. and a maximum of $2,000. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />to do copywriting and art direction for a promotion brochure
<br />at a total cost not to exceed $1,350. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,

<br />providing for review standards and specific Council approval
<br />for the sale of liquor outside of the licensed building. Roll

<br />installation of ballfield fencing be awarded to Metropolitan
<br />Fence in the low bid amount of $10,318, which includes the
<br />24' high backstop. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, and Demos.

<br />Roseville water tank, Project W-82-l0, be awarded to Allied
<br />Painting and Renovating, Inc., in the bid amount of $66,700.00.
