<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - May 9, 1983. <br /> <br />TIle City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. <br />~rembers absent: None. <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Council join with the <br />Mayor in proclaiming the 101 critical days from May 28, 1983 <br />through September 5, 1983 to be "Make It Click - Buckle-Up" <br />summer in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />A-I Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the Regul ar <br />Meeting of April 25, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Mueller-Bies request for <br />special use permit at 2130 Dale be approved wi th the following <br />condi ti ons : <br /> <br />1) That the site be developed in accordance with plans dated <br />February 7, 1983, and May 5, 1982. <br /> <br />2) That 10' of additional right-of-way be dedicated for Dale <br />Street. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Roberts Construction request <br />for division of lot and special use permit for PUD at 2805 <br />Fairview be approved with the condition that the appropriate <br />easement and maintenance documents be prepared and that they <br />be reviewed by City Engineering and Legal staff. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-3 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Group W Cable request for <br />special use permit at 934 Woodhill Drive be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1) Dedication of ten feet of right-of-way for Victoria Avenue <br />from the School District. <br /> <br />2) Dedication of a fifteen-foot easement for walkway purposes, <br />contiguous to the south property line. <br /> <br />3) Special use permit to run for a period of fifteen years. <br /> <br />4) Land to be returned to the tax rolls. <br /> <br />5) Recreation area to be leased to the City at $1. 00 for the <br />life of the lease, subject to determination of exact <br />recreational use boundary. <br /> <br />7 : 30 P.
