<br />Council Minutes <br />May 9, 1983 <br />-2- <br /> <br />6) No division of land to occur during the life of the lease. <br /> <br />7) If additional parking is required, as demonstrated by excessive <br />use of on-street parking, Group W wi II prepare plans for such <br />parking to be processed under special use permit procedures. <br /> <br />8) Final landscaping plan, including the plan for parking in the <br />front area of the building, curb and gutter, and opaque <br />fencing (generally) to be subject to the review of City staff. <br /> <br />9) That the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning plan be <br />reviewed by City staff. <br /> <br />10) That Group W's use of the facility complies with their letter <br />to the Planning Commissi on dated Apri 1 27, 1983. <br /> <br />11) That Group W's facility be operated in such a manner which 1S not <br />a source of noise disturbance to adjoining residents. <br /> <br />12) That construction materials be stored inside of the building. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: Kehr. <br /> <br />8-4 Mayor Demos opened the hearing. The City Manager explained the <br />modification to the Tax Increment Plan, which permits the City to <br />acquire property in the Tax Increment District north of Rosedale <br />for later resale for business development. There were no comments <br />or questions from those attending the meeting. The Mayor closed <br />the hearing. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7503 approving a RESOLUTION 7503 <br />modification to existing development program and Tax Increment <br />Plan for Development District No. I and Redevelopment District <br />Nos. I and 2, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, <br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-l Curley r10ved, Kehr Seconded, that a Council Work Session be <br />established for 12:00 noon, Wednesday, i1ay 18,1983, at the <br />Hyman Motor Freight Property to view a proposed si te <br />acquisition. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />WORK SESS I ON <br /> <br />C-2 Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that a vacancy on the Roseville <br />Human Rights Commission be announced and that the staff be <br />instructed to contact previous applicants for the Human Rights <br />and Planning Commission vacancies to determine current intcrcst <br />in serving on the Human Rights Commission.
