<br />izing the amendment and consolidation of all previously
<br />adopted special assessment policies into one resolution,
<br />including a section on nonmotorized pathways, be adopted.

<br />ing Sections 5.535, 8.370, and 203.020 of the City Code

<br />City Council be established for 5:30 p.m., Monday, June 6,
<br />1983, Roseville City Hall, for the purpose of considering
<br />bids on General Improvement Bonds, Series II. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />for the publi c sale of General Improvement Bonds, Series I I,
<br />in the amount of $5,125,OOO, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the City Manager be
<br />authorized to execute the 1983 Local Addendum to the
<br />labor agreement with Local 49 Operating Engineers. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos.
