<br />[-4 Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that ~,lueller-Bies request for
<br />di visi on of lot at 4 75 ~1innesota be approved with the
<br />following conditions:
<br />
<br />1) That a deposit in the amount of the assessment for a
<br />street be waived per City Code Section 20.140 (Subdivision
<br />2); and that an agreement be entered into with the City to
<br />provi de the deposit at the time the land changes ownership,
<br />or at the time the street is constructed.
<br />
<br />2) That the dedication of an easement for the bulb of the
<br />cul-de-sac for the street described in #1 above be made
<br />by Mueller-Bies.
<br />

<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-5 ICehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7504, receiving
<br />the feasibility study for Project SS-ST-83-4, sanitary sewer
<br />and storm sewers on County Road B and Dale, and ordering the
<br />improvement preparation of plans through an agreement with
<br />the Minnesota Waste Control Commission, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Mayor be authorized to
<br />sign an agreement with the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission
<br />to reconstruct portions of the metropolitan interceptor (1)
<br />RV-430, identified as City project SS-ST-83-4. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-6 Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Buetow and Associates
<br />be retained to complete the design development and con-
<br />struction document phases (Option #1) for the Central Park
<br />bcmd shell at a total cost not to exceed $6,375, and author-
<br />izing the City Manager to sign the agreement. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-7 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Dean Westerlund's request
<br />to extend variances to building, parking lot, and sign setback
<br />at 2201 North Lexington until November 8, 1983, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
