<br />E-5 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7528 receiving RESOLUTION 7528
<br />the feasibility report for Project SS-V\7-P-83-14, Mar-Len
<br />Addition, North of County Road C, near St. Anthony, and
<br />ordering a hearing on the improvement for August 22, 1983,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-6 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Mar-Len Investment, Inc. I s MAR-LEN
<br />request for preliminary plat and variance to setback at 2535
<br />County Road C, be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1) That the parking setback on the east side of the building
<br />be 20 feet, rather than the requested 10 feet.
<br />
<br />2) That the acquisition of the Marabella property be completed.
<br />
<br />3) That a common easement be recorded, providing lots 1, 3, 4, and
<br />5 with access to the existing street on the western portion of
<br />the property.

<br />4) That the project be developed in accordance with plans dated
<br />6/8/83.
