<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7529 determining
<br />to acquire by condemnation under the powers of eminent domain
<br />certain land in fee simple for the purposes of acquiring and
<br />maintaining a park for the City of Roseville, and directing
<br />that the necessary proceedings be instituted for such purposes,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Fine Associates' request
<br />for extension of special use permit and variance to setback
<br />at 2750 Snelling Avenue Frontage Road East, until January 11,
<br />1984, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Ordinance 928, amending
<br />the City Code of the City of Roseville by adding Section
<br />207.040, pertaining to variances, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Mayor be authorized
<br />to sign the project proposal for cable slide in the handi-
<br />capped play area of Central Park. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the bid for ice arena
<br />dehumidification project be awarded to Bostrom Sheet
<br />Metal Works in the low bid amount of $26,313.00; to be
<br />funded $18,000.00 from the 1983 ice arena budget, and
<br />$8,313.00 from the ice arena fund equity. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
