<br />E-12 Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the following applications
<br />be referred to the August 3, 1983 Planning Commission meeting,
<br />and that a Council public hearing be established for these
<br />applications for the meeting of August 8, 1983.

<br />1) Hother Tucker's Food Experience request for special
<br />use permit and variance to sign setback at 2350 Cleveland.
<br />
<br />2) Art Mueller request for preliminary plat and special use
<br />permit for Planned unit Development at 1995 County Road B.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Presbyterian Homes, Inc.'s
<br />request to refer their application for rezoning from R-I to R-3
<br />and special use permit at 1910 County Road D, be continued until
<br />the July 25, 1983 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-13 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution 7530 calling for
<br />a hearing on August 8, 1983, for the proposed assessments for
<br />Improvement ST-80-30, area south of Central Park, be adopted.

<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution 7531 calling for RESOLUTION 7531
<br />a hearing on August 8, 1983, for the proposed assessments for
<br />Improvement P-W-80-31, Brooks/Transit (water service only), be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />a hearing on August 8, 1983, for the proposed assessments for
<br />Improvement P-81-12, Merrill Street, be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />Street, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr,

<br />a hearing on August 8, 1983, for the proposed assessments for
