<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - September 12, 1983.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Kehr, Johnson, Franke (arrived at 7:40 p.m.), Curley,
<br />and Demos. Members absent: None.
<br />

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting of August 22, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Council join with the
<br />Mayor in proclaiming the week of September 17 through 23,
<br />1983 as Constitution Week in the City of Roseville. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Hertz-Penske's request for
<br />special use permit, variances to curb requirement, parking
<br />setback, fence height, and use of public right-of-way for a
<br />private drive at 2460 County Road C, be approved with the
<br />following conditions:
<br />
<br />1) That the drainage and grading plan be subj ect to approval
<br />by the City Engineering Department.
<br />
<br />2) That an agreement be entered into between the City and the
<br />applicant setting out the terms of the use of Eustis
<br />Street right-of-way as a private drive.
<br />
<br />3) That the project be developed in accordance with plans
<br />presented to the Planning Commission on September 7, 1983.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Ronald Larsen's, dba Mr.
<br />Steak of Roseville, application for on-sale and special Sunday
<br />liquor licenses at 1875 West Perimeter Drive, be approved for
<br />the remainder of calendar year 1983. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that M. T. Restaurants (Minnesota),
<br />Incorporated, dba Mother Tucker's Food Experience, application
<br />for on-sale and special Sunday liquor licenses at 2350
<br />Cleveland Avenue, be approved for the remainder of calendar
<br />year 1983. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
