<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Rocky Rococo Corporation's
<br />application for on-sale wine license at 2131 North Snelling
<br />Avenue, be approved for the remainder of calendar year 1983.

<br />Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Presbyterian Homes, Inc.'s
<br />request for rezoning and special use permit at 1910 County Road
<br />D, be continued to the October 10, 1983 Council meeting. Roll

<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7556, adopting
<br />the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1,
<br />1984 and ending December 31, 1984, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7557, certifying
<br />the tax levy to the County Auditor for collection during 1984
<br />for the purpose of operating the City of Roseville, be adopted.

<br />the County Auditor to reduce the established tax levy for golf
<br />course bonds and general improvement bonds, be adopted. Roll
