<br />View, be nominated for appointment to the Rice Creek Watershed
<br />Board, and that the City Manager be instructed to forward this
<br />recommendation to the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Victor Francr's request for
<br />division of lot at 218 County Road B-2 be approved with the
<br />condition that 10 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated
<br />on the south side of County Road B-2. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that American Information Systems'
<br />request for a l2-foot variance to sign setback at 2000 County
<br />Road B-2 be approved with the condition that the sign be con-
<br />structed in accordance with plans dated September 9, 1983.

<br />l6-foot minor variance to side yard setback at 1284 Draper be

<br />minor variance to allow construction of a garage in the front
<br />yard and building permit under the Lakeshore Zoning Ordinance
<br />at 394 North McCarrons Boulevard, be approved with the condition
<br />that the driveway be paved by June 1, 1986. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />for building permi t under the Lakeshore Zoning Ordinance at

<br />withdrawal of his application for special use permit for planned

<br />and foundation illegally constructed be removed within 60 days.
