Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, <br />Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-9 <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the following applications <br />be referred to the Planning Commission meeting of December 7, <br />1983; and also establishing a Council public hearing for the <br />meeting of December 12 on the Carlsen application. <br /> <br />1) Dean Westerlund request for variances to parking setbacks <br />at 2201 Lexington. <br /> <br />2) Chris Carlsen request for relocation of dwelling at 2975 <br />Cleveland. <br /> <br />3) Hoffman Corner Oil request for variance to side yard setback <br />at 3011 Rice. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-lO Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Ramsey County be requested <br />to add the following projects to the 5-Year Capital Improvement <br />Program: <br /> <br />1) Reconstruction of Cleveland Avenue, south of 35-W. <br /> <br />2) Hamline Avenue, between County Road B-2 and County Road C. <br /> <br />3) Rose1awn Avenue, between Cleveland and STH 280. <br /> <br />4) Roselawn Avenue, between Lexington and Victoria. <br /> <br />5) Construction of additional lanes at County Road C and <br />Snelling Avenue, to be done in conj unction with the State's <br />signal improvement. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos.
