Council Minutes December 12, 1983 -2- B-2 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Larken, Inc.'s application LARKEN, INC. for on-sale and special Sunday liquor licenses at 2540 Cleveland Avenue be approved for the remainder of 1983 and renewal for 1984. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. B-3 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Chris Carlsen's request CARLSEN for relocation of dwelling and for a 5-foot variance to side yard setback to allow the existing driveway to remain contiguous to the south property line at 2975 Cleveland be approved with the following conditions: B-4 B-4 C-l D-l 1) That an additional 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated on the west side of Cleveland. 2) That the relocation take place as per plan dated 10/31/83. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. The Council advised the applicant that City policy encouraged the development of land around his property for medium-density housing. Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Yale Marshall's request for final plat at 2130 Cleveland be continued to the meeting of January 9, 1983. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. MARSHALL Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that review of the 1984-1988 Capital Improvement Program be continued to the January 9, 1984 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a Council Work Session be established for December 19, 1983,4:00 p.m., in the City Hall to review wine license fee changes and for further discussion regarding the Lake Johanna School site. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. WORK SESSION The Council received a letter from Tom Cybela, Gap Bar, regarding wine license fee changes and referred it to the December 19 Work Session for discussion. WINE LICENSE FEES
