Council Minutes December 12, 1983 -3- E-l E-2 E-3 E-4 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Hoffman Corner Oil's request for a 19.5-foot variance to side yard setback for the canopy and a 3-foot variance to bring the existing pump islands in to con formance with the City Code, at 3011 Rice, be approved with the following conditions: 1) That sidewalks be constructed along Rice and South Owasso Boulevard. 2) That the driveway and interior curbing be installed to bring the site into conformance with the City Code. 3) That the canopy be constructed in accordance with the plan dated 7/27/83. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Dean Westerlund's request for a 5-foot variance to front yard parking setback and an 8-foot variance to east side yard parking setback at 2201 Lexington be approved with the condition that the project be constructed in accordance with the plan dated 10/20/83. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Dean Westerlund's request for variance to sidewalk requirement along Sandhurst Drive at 2201 Lexington be approved if it is determined that no public hearing is required. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that an apparent 10.5-foot variance to side yard setback (as shown on the plan dated 11/21/83) to allow the construction of a fence along the westerly portion of the property as far west as the westerly edge of the garage at 1630 Brooks Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. The Parks and Recreation Department made a five-minute slide presentation on the exercise trail in Central Park.
