<br />Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established for the Council meeting of January 9, 1984 to
<br />consider Nankin Express, Inc.'s application for on-sale wine
<br />license at 1885 West Perimeter Drive. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established for the Council meeting of January 9, 1984 to
<br />consider York Steak House Systems, Inc.'s application for
<br />on-sale wine license at Rosedale Shopping Center. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7569 approving
<br />the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Shoreview for the
<br />formation of the Grass Lake Storm Water Management Organization
<br />and that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to sign said
<br />agreement in behalf of the City of Roseville, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the proposed ordinance
<br />adding Chapter 74 to the City Code establishing a storm water
<br />drainage utility be received and that public consideration of
<br />this ordinance be set for January 9, 1984. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />the salary ranges for clerical-technical employees by 5%,
<br />and providing for a monthly insurance contribution of $135

<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
