<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that 4th District American
<br />Legion's request to conduct an ice fishing contest
<br />February 4, 1984 on McCarrons Lake, be approved. Roll

<br />Manager be authorized to sign the agreement with
<br />Presbyterian Homes of Minnesota, Incorporated. Roll

<br />the zoning code and zoning map by rec1assi fi cation of
<br />property from single-family residence district (R-l) to
<br />general residence district (R-3) at 1910 West County Road

<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />authorizing the Mayor and Manager to execute the Joint
<br />and Cooperative Agreement for the development of legisla-
<br />tive programs on matters of mutual concern and interest,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Fine Associates'
<br />request for extension of special use permit and variance
<br />to setback at 2750 Snelling Avenue Fronage Road East
<br />until July 11, 1984, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the 3-foot roadway
<br />easement at 218 West County Road B-2 be approved and
<br />that the City Attorney be authorized to record the document
<br />wi th the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.
