<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Members

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting of February 27, 1984, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7597 approving
<br />plans and specifications and ordering the advertisement for
<br />bids to be received on April 12, 1984, for Ferriswood
<br />Development, Project SS-W-P-83-l7, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a petition from residents
<br />on Hamline Avenue, from County Road C-2 to north City limits
<br />requesting that their road be brought up to standard by
<br />Ramsey County be accepted and that the staff be authorized
<br />to communicate the City's desire to have this roadway
<br />brought up to standard as soon as funds are available.

<br />None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7598 authorizing
<br />the staff to prepare a feasibility study on the enlargement
<br />of Fulham Pond, identified as Project ST-84-13, be adopted.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a public hearing on
<br />Discus Corporation's application for on-sale and special
<br />Sunday liquor licenses at 2561 North Snelling Avenue for
<br />the Council meeting of April 9, 1984, be established.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the proposed ordinance
<br />amending Chapter 110 of the City Code relating to the food
<br />establishment Quality Assurance Program be considered by
<br />the City Council at its March 26, 1984 meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
