<br />regarding the regulation of pools be considered by the
<br />City Council at its March 26, 1984 meeting. Roll Call,

<br />E-7 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the proposed ordinance
<br />adopting the 1982 Uniform Fire Code be considered by the
<br />City Council at its March 26, 1984 meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-9 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the proposed ordinance
<br />amending Section 232.100 of the City Code dealing with
<br />the required percentage of calls from members of the
<br />Roseville Volunteer Fire Department be considered by the
<br />Council at its March 26, 1984 meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />is opposed to the section of House File 1302 requiring
<br />the publication of all Council proceedings in the
<br />official newspaper. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Roseville City
<br />Council is opposed to proposed legislation from the
<br />Minnesota Revenue Department requiring cities to obtain
<br />proof of State income tax compliance prior to issuing any
<br />business license. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
