CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the City Council - April 9, 1984. The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Members absent: None. A-I Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of March 26, 1984 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. Abstain: Curley, because he was absent. Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council join with the Mayor in proclaiming April 29, 1984 as Roseville Community Band Day in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. B-1 Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Housing Alliance request for rezoning from R-l to R-3A, variances to rear yard setback, parking requirements, and unit size require- ments, and special use permit to allow a structure of more than three stories and more than 24 units at 500 County Road B, be approved with the following conditions: 1) That the westerly 300 feet of the property be dedicated to the City for public park use as proposed by the applicant. 2) That the building contain no more than 130 units, and that the massing of the building and the development of the proj ect be accomplished according to plans dated March 29, 1984, except that all buildings be set back at least 60 feet from the east property line and all buildings shall be no more than three stories in height (not to include the roof level which includes living units). 3) That the landscaping plan be subject to staff review and approval. 4) That the engineering details be subject to staff review and approval. 5) That additional parking be added if the City determines it is necessary; and that provisions for the addition of parking be included in the owner association bylaws. 6) That 10 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated on County Road B. 7:30 P.M.
