<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - April 9, 1984. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />A-I <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of March 26, 1984 be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: <br />None. Abstain: Curley, because he was absent. <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council join with the <br />Mayor in proclaiming April 29, 1984 as Roseville Community <br />Band Day in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Housing Alliance <br />request for rezoning from R-l to R-3A, variances to rear <br />yard setback, parking requirements, and unit size require- <br />ments, and special use permit to allow a structure of more <br />than three stories and more than 24 units at 500 County <br />Road B, be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the westerly 300 feet of the property be dedicated <br />to the City for public park use as proposed by the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />2) That the building contain no more than 130 units, and <br />that the massing of the building and the development <br />of the proj ect be accomplished according to plans dated <br />March 29, 1984, except that all buildings be set back <br />at least 60 feet from the east property line and all <br />buildings shall be no more than three stories in height <br />(not to include the roof level which includes living units). <br /> <br />3) That the landscaping plan be subject to staff review and <br />approval. <br /> <br />4) That the engineering details be subject to staff review <br />and approval. <br /> <br />5) That additional parking be added if the City determines <br />it is necessary; and that provisions for the addition of <br />parking be included in the owner association bylaws. <br /> <br />6) That 10 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated on <br />County Road B. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />HOUSING ALLIANCE <br />
