<br />Council Minutes <br />April 9, 1984 <br />-2- <br /> <br />7) That a sidewalk be constructed along County Road B. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. <br />Nay::; ; None. <br /> <br />B-2 Councilman Kehr excused himself from the table. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Al Kehr's request for <br />rezoning from R-l to R-2, preliminary plat, variance to <br />density limits, and special use permit for PUD at 674 <br />County Road C, be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the turnaround for fire vehicles be approved by <br />the Fire Department. <br /> <br />2) That the easement for use of the roadway by the affected <br />area landowners be granted by Mr. Kehr. <br /> <br />3) That the water supply at the site is approved as meeting <br />firefighting requirements. <br /> <br />4) That 10 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated on <br />on County Road C. <br /> <br />5) That all grading and engineering proposals be reviewed <br />and approved by City Engineering staff. <br /> <br />6) That the final Homeowner's Association documents be <br />reviewed and approved by City staff. <br /> <br />7) That final landscape plans be reviewed by staff. <br /> <br />8) That the roadway easement documents related to the affected <br />area landowners be reviewed and approved by City staff. <br /> <br />9) That the project be developed in accordance with plans <br />dated 1/31/84. <br /> <br />10) That all requirements of the Fire Code be met. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson and Curley.
