<br />Council Minutes <br />May 7, 1984 <br />-2- <br /> <br />0-2 <br /> <br />D-3 <br /> <br />E-l <br /> <br />E-2 <br /> <br />E-3 <br /> <br />Jim Klassen, School District 623, made a brief presentation <br />regarding a project funded by the Juvenile Justice and <br />Delinquency Prevention Program. <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Lake Owasso Safe <br />Boating Association's request for water ski course and jump <br />on Lake Owasso be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, <br />Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission that the current procedures for the <br />control of liquor sales are sufficient without adding re- <br />strictions regarding proximity to public parks, schools, and <br />churches, be referred to the Council Work Session on May 16, <br />1984. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Curley, and <br />Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Marco Construction, Inc.'s <br />request for variances to allow parking within 5 feet of the <br />north and south property lines, and to allow the building to <br />be placed within 10 feet of the northerly property line, <br />be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the drainage plan be approved by City staff. <br />2) That trash storage be handled inside the buildingo <br />3) That an agreement be worked out regarding the City's <br />acquisition of right-of-way for the rerouted frontage <br />road. <br />4) That the landscape plan be approved by City staff. <br />5) That the exterior building treatment be continued on all <br />four sides of the building as proposed. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Marie Woller's request <br />for division of lot at 851 County Road B, be approved with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That an additional 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated <br />along both Victoria and County Road B. <br />2) That the lot division take place in accordance with the <br />survey dated 1/25/84. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />KLASSEN <br /> <br />WATER SKI <br />COURSE AND <br />JUMP AT LAKE <br />OWASSO <br /> <br />LIQUOR SALES <br />NEAR PARKS, <br />SCHOOLS AND <br />CHURCHES <br /> <br />MARCO <br />CONSTRUCTION, <br />INC. <br /> <br />WOLLER <br />
