Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Robert and Mary Reed's <br />request for a 10-foot minor variance to front yard setback <br />to allow the construction of an addition to the existing <br />home extending to within 20 feet of the front yard property <br />line be approved.
