<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of May 7, 1984, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Franke, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that a joint City Council and
<br />Planning Commission Work Session be established for Tuesday,
<br />May 22, 1984, 6:30 p.m., at the Roseville City Hall, to re-
<br />view a shopping center development proposal and to discuss any
<br />other matters of common interest. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Franke, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Mike Johnson's request for
<br />minor variance to side yard setback to allow the widening
<br />of the existing driveway to the north side property line
<br />at 2938 Mildred Drive be approved with the condition that a
<br />la-foot distance be maintained between the applicant's drive
<br />and the drive of the neighbor to the north, in the boulevard
<br />area, as required by City Code. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Franke, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />the existing house into conformance to allow the construction
