<br />E-5 Dr. George Harrison made a presentation describing a sewage
<br />treatment process he has developed.

<br />E-6 Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, to establish a Work Session
<br />immediately following this Council meeting to consider
<br />certification as an entitlement city for industrial revenue
<br />bonds. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Curley, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-7 Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, to establish a public hearing
<br />for the meeting of June 25, 1984, to consider Rosby
<br />Corporation's, dba Arby's Restaurant, application for wine
<br />license at Rosedale Shopping Center. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Franke, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-8 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7611 approving
<br />Minnesota Laws 1984, Chapter 626, and directing the City
<br />Manager to file the necessary documents with the Secretary
<br />of State, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke,
<br />Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-9 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the City Attorney be in-
<br />structed to prepare an ordinance designating six on-sale
<br />liquor licenses for use in the City's tax increment financing
<br />districts; two of which shall be used by hotels/motels. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-IO Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the City Attorney be
<br />instructed to prepare an ordinance repealing Chapter 152
<br />of the City Code which establishes a municipal liquor store,
<br />effective August 31, 1984. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke,
<br />Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-ll Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign Supplemental Agreement A to Agreement
<br />No. 84016 with Ramsey County for construction of an emergency
<br />water connection. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-12 Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7612 authorizing
<br />a lend-lease agreement between the City of Roseville and the
<br />State of Minnesota, Department of Public Safety, permitting
<br />use of an Intoxilyzer 5000 by the Roseville Police Department,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Curley,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
