<br />Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Goff Construction request
<br />for special use permit for PUD, preliminary plat, and vacation
<br />of right-of-way at 1230 Rose Place be referred to the July 6,
<br />1984 regular meeting of the Planning Commission and that a
<br />Council public hearing on the application be established for
<br />the July 9, 1984 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
