<br />Council Minutes <br />June 11, 1984 <br />-2- <br /> <br />B-S <br /> <br />B-6 <br /> <br />B-7 <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br />C-l <br /> <br />0-1 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Richard Robbins' <br />request for special use permit for PUD and building <br />permit under the Lakeshore Zoning Ordinance at 2764 <br />Victoria, be approved with the following conditions; <br /> <br />1) That an additional 10 feet of right-of-way be <br />dedicated along Victoria. <br />2) That the outstanding sanitary sewer assessment <br />be paid. <br />3) That all new or existing driveways conform to <br />City Code. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Demos. Nays: <br /> <br />Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, <br />None. <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Timothy Madden's <br />request for rezoning from R-l to R-2 at 162 Minnesota <br />be approved with the condition that the existing <br />driveway be brought up to Code. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that New Horizon's <br />request for amendment to the Zoning Code to allow <br />the day care center use in the B-2 zone be continued <br />to the July 23~ Council meeting. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Roselawn Cemetery's <br />request for preliminary plat at 803 Larpenteur be continued <br />to the July 2xd Council meeting. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that a Council Work Session <br />be established at 6:30 p.m., Monday, June 18, 1984, to <br />discuss a proposed ordinance regarding private off-sale <br />liquor licenses, and any other business deemed appropriate. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. <br />Nays; None. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Roseville City <br />Council supports the candidacy of Mary Anderson, Mayor <br />of Golden Valley, to serve as President of the League <br />of Minnesota Cities for 1984-85.
