<br />Council Minutes <br />June 11, 1984 <br />-3- <br /> <br />E-l <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Commers-Klodt <br />request for division of lot and variances to allow <br />parking within 15 feet of the east side property line and <br />to allow the building to extend to within 13.5 feet of <br />the southerly property line at 2535 County Road C, be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That a drainage plan with calculations be provided. <br />2) That poured-in-place concrete curb be installed around <br />the parking lot. <br />3) That an easement be entered into between Commers-K10dt <br />and the Vertimag building for the driveway placement. <br />4) That a 20-foot drainage easement be granted across <br />the pond to accept offsite runoff. <br />5) That the proposed new public road be named Patton Road. <br />6) That an additional 6.5 feet of right-of-way be dedicated <br />along County Road C. <br />7) That the public cul-de-sac be ordered in. <br />8) That Commers-Klodt grant the City a temporary construction <br />easement for the emergency water connection for St. Anthony. <br />9) That landscaping be approved by staff. <br />10) That the building line up with the buildings to the west. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-2 <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Kelly McGurran's request <br />for variance to south side yard setback to allow the <br />construction of a garage addition extending to within 8 feet, <br />3 inches of the south side property line be denied. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Curley and Kehr. Nays: Franke, Johnson, and <br />and Demos. <br /> <br />Demos Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Kelly McGurran's request <br />for variance to south side yard setback to allow the <br />construction of a garage addition extending to within 8 <br />feet, 3 inches of the south side property line be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson and Demos. Nays: Curley <br />and Kehr. <br /> <br />E-3 <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Gordon Wilkinson's <br />request for minor variance to south side yard setback to <br />bring the existing garage into conformance to allow the <br />construction of the garage addition be approved.
