<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Josef Turchiniak's
<br />request for minor variance to allow the construction
<br />of an attached garage extending to within 5 feet of the
<br />east side yard property line at 778 Lovell be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Rose Carburetor's
<br />request for variance at 1695 Fernwood be continued
<br />to the July 23, 1984, Council meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Demos Seconded, that the City Manager
<br />be authorized to prepare a Tax Increment Plan for the
<br />purpose of facilitating the construction of a l30-unit
<br />senior housing project on County Road B, between Cohansey
<br />Boulevard and Dale Street, and to retain the necessary
<br />consultants; all subject to the Roseville Housing
<br />Alliance providing a letter of agreement to reimburse
<br />the City of Rosevil1e for all expenses in connection
<br />with the preparation of the Tax Increment Plan.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that a public hearing on
<br />Roseville Crossing, Inc.'s application for on-sale and
<br />special Sunday liquor licenses at 2295 Rice Street be
<br />established for the Council meeting of July 9, 1984.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Demos Seconded, that the council
<br />acknowledge the termination of the on-sale and special
<br />Sunday liquor licenses by Jack H. Adamson, dba The
<br />Last Frontier, at 2191 North Snelling Avenue.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Keh~ Johnson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Ordinance 951 amending
<br />Section 133.030 of the City Code modifying the cable
<br />communications franchise ordinance be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager
<br />be authorized to enter into the "Cable Communication
<br />Offering Amendment Agreement No.1" with Group W, Inc.
