<br />receiving the feasibility report for projects P-W-84-7
<br />and ST-84-8 and ordering an improvement hearing for
<br />July 9, 1984, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />receiving the feasibility report for Project SS-84-04
<br />and establishing a public hearing on the improvement
<br />for July 9, 198~ be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-15 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7618
<br />declaring the adequacy of a petition to reconstruct
<br />Oxford Street from Woodhill Drive to County Road C-2
<br />and Judith Avenue from Aglen to Oxford Streets, to city
<br />standards, and ordering staff to prepare feasibility
<br />report, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-16 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />Manager be authorized to sign a substate agreement
<br />and state grant agreement with the Minnesota Pollution
<br />Control Agency for the restoration of Lake McCarrons,
<br />and an agreement for engineering services for Lake
<br />McCarrons with the consulting firm of Donahue and Associates,
<br />Incorporated. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Parking policy be referred to the July 23, 1984,
