<br />Council Minutes <br />June 11, 1984 <br />-7- <br /> <br />F-1 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Ordinance 952 adding <br />a new Section 152.050 to the City Code of the City of <br />Roseville, disestablishing the municipal liquor dispensary, <br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, <br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Ordinance 953 <br />adding a new Section 151.130 to the City Code of the <br />City of Rosevi1le limiting the use of six on-sale <br />intoxicating liquor licenses to establishments located <br />in redevelopment districts 1 or 2, and limiting two of <br />such licenses to use by hotels, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays; <br />None. <br /> <br />F-3 <br /> <br />Kehr ~fuved, Demos Seconded, that consideration of <br />Ordinance 954 rezoning the easterly 400 feet of the <br />property at 500 County Road B, from R-l to R-3A be <br />continued until the Council meeting on July 9, 1984. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and <br />Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Mayor and the <br />Manager be authorized to execute an agreement for <br />temporary water service to the City of St. Anthony, <br />and a rider to our existing agreement with the City <br />of St. Paul authorizing the sale of water to St. Anthony. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and <br />Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />I-I Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the meeting be <br />adjourned at 9:30 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, <br />Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos.
