<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - July 23, 1984. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. !.1embers <br />absent: Johnson. <br /> <br />A-I Kehr moved and Curley seconded that the minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of July 9, 1984 be approved. Roll call, <br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />B-1 Curley moved and Kehr seconded approval of William Jones' <br />request for rezoning from R-l to R-2 and special use permit <br />for P.U.D. at 2551 Lexington, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />I} The Planned Unit Development shall be constructed in <br />accordance with plans dated 5/20/84 except that the <br />buildings are to be moved 10 feet to the south and a <br />private drive is to be constructed 5 feet from the north <br />property line. <br /> <br />2) Dedication of cul-de-sac as indicated on plans by deed <br />prior to issuance of permits. <br /> <br />3) Applicant agrees to construct a private driveway ar his <br />own expense on the owner's property. <br /> <br />4) Engineering detail for utilities and grading shall be <br />subject to engineering staff approval. The water supply <br />shall be provided by a public water line extension to <br />Dunlap Street. The applicant must petition for the water <br />service improvement. <br /> <br />5) Final landscape plans shall be subject to staff review with <br />installation to be complete prior to the occupancy permit. <br /> <br />6) The private drive shall be constructed to the City standards. <br /> <br />7) Exterior building materials shall be subject to City staff <br />review. <br /> <br />Roll call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />B-2 Curley moved and Kehr seconded denial of Goff Construction's <br />request for special use permit for P.U.D., preliminary plat, <br />and vacation of right-of-way at 1230 Rose Place. Roll calls, <br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />B-3 Kehr moved and Curley seconded approval of an amendment to the <br />zoning code allowing day care as a special use in all Business <br />Districts and in the Shopping Center District. Roll call, Ayes: <br />Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos.
