<br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />July 23, 1984 <br />-3- <br /> <br />3) That the development be completed as per plans dated <br />6/21/84. <br /> <br />Roll call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: <br />none. <br /> <br />E-6 Kehr moved and Curley seconded approval of Willmus Companies' <br />request for 10 foot variance to front yard setback at 2845 <br />Hamline, and approval of the construction of a sidewalk <br />5 feet easterly of the east property line, with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />I) That the handicapped access walkway orient to the south <br />and that the second set of stairs be deleted from the <br />plan. <br /> <br />2) That the variance run only for the life of the stucture. <br /> <br />Roll call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />E-7 Kehr moved and Franke seconded the continuance of Ed Flaherty's <br />request for variance to rear yard setback and driveway setbacks <br />at 1925 Lexington, to the August 27, 1984 Council Meeting. <br />Roll call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />E-8 Kehr moved and Franke seconded approval of Charles Maiwurm's <br />request for division of lot at 1766 AHa Vista Drive with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated along Dale Street. <br /> <br />2) That the additional sanitary sewer ass..;ssment be paid upon <br />sub division. <br /> <br />3) That a sanitary sewer service easement be dedicated along <br />the northerly property line. <br /> <br />4) That the applicant petition for a public water service to <br />serve this lot and the water service project be approved. <br /> <br />5) That any drive with access to Dale Street must be a <br />turnaround. <br /> <br />Roll call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />E-9 Kehr moved and Franke seconded approval of Rose Carburetor's <br />request for 5 foot variance to north side yard setback at <br />1695 Fernwood, with the condition that the development occur <br />according to the site plan dated 4/25/84.
