<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Members
<br />absent: Franke.

<br />A-I Curley moved, Johnson seconded that the minutes of the Regular MINUTES
<br />Meeting of July 23, 1984 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Curley, and Demos. Nays: None. Abstained: Johnson, because
<br />he was absent.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that the Council join with the
<br />Mayor in proclaiming August 20 - 26 as Salute to Rosedale
<br />Center Week in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7632, approving
<br />the construction of Project ST-84-08 and authorizing the
<br />staff to prepare the necessary plans and specifications be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7633 adopting
<br />the assessment roll for combined improvements P-82-21,
<br />P-82-22 and P-82-32 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7634 adopting
<br />the assessment roll for combined improvements P-82-25,
<br />P-82--27, P-82-29 and P-82-30 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7635 adopting
<br />the assessment roll for improvement P-82-23 be adopted.
